This will be my second NYC Marathon and my third marathon fundraising for Children's Brain Tumor Foundation. I initially became involved with CBTF through my work as a Social Worker in Pediatric Neuro-Oncology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and was able to see, firsthand, how the programming of CBTF benefitted my patients and their families. I had the privilege to attend the Just Us conference and Heads Up conference at Camp Mak A Dream in Montana, just two of CBTF's amazing support programs. I am excited to train and run the NYC Marathon to raise money to help CBTF continue their mission.
